Healthcare Services:
Concept design development and a feasibility study design sections in support of the Transaction Advisory further for EBRD PPF.
Designed and developed the healthcare services, medical technology and equipment as well as fixed furniture (FF&E)
PPP structuring and tender preparation
Review of available projct information and past structuring attemps
assistance during the tender; and assistance during commercial and financial close
Operations & Maintenance and service specifications development
Project Delivery and Strategy:
Developed the tender documents including the technical annexes (which includes engineering designs, medical services and equipment with high-end technological solutions),
ESG Services:
Environmental & Social assessment, Environmental and Social Assessment (Environmental and Social Due Diligence - ESDD) of the Project, against the 2019 EBRD Environmental and Social Policy (“ESP”) and associated performance requirements (“PRs”), to identify its environmental and social risks, impacts and benefits and to structure the Project to comply with the ESP and PRs. Preparation of SEP, NTS and a suite of Management Plans together with ESAP.
